HM CORONER

His Honour Richard Foster practised as a solicitor with a leading London law firm specialising in the liabilities of public authorities and medical negligence. He was appointed a Deputy High Court Judge in 2003, and a Circuit Judge in 2004. He was the Honorary Recorder of Luton from 2011 to 2019.
